Hi. I'm Matt.

Welcome to the Secret Wealth Project.

As a kid, I was broke. My parents were unemployed. We lived on a council estate.

We had nothing in the way of material things. We had no money.

I had school clothes 3 sizes too big so I'd grow into them. It took 3 years. By the time they fit, I was ready to leave school.

I used to share my one Christmas present I got with my brother. I remember one year it was a board game. I loved that board game.

The other kids teased me for never going abroad on holiday. Skegness or Yarmouth on the East Coast of England was where I went. And I loved that too.

​

I don't tell you this for sympathy. I'm proud of my upbringing.

​

And my mum and dad brought me up with buckets of love. They did an amazing job.

Some of the people I grew up around on the estate used to do things like smash phone box windows for fun.

They set fire to a block of flats once - whilst people were in there. For a laugh.

And they stole cars and burnt them out, to get a police chase - again for fun.

​

If I was to become a product of my environment, I should have probably been a criminal, or a bum.

​

Having said this...

​

If those kids at school hadn't teased me about having no money, I wouldn't be the man I am today.

​

See, I had no financial guidance. No mentors. I didn't know ANYBODY with any money.

In fact, my friends and family typically despised people with money.

And without anybody to guide me... 

I went from nothing to making my first million online before I was 30.

I don't like admitting that. It's weird. The thing I wanted more than ANYTHING, to make money, is the one thing I don't like to admit to people.

​

When you don't have it, they give you a hard time. And when you do, they give you a hard time lol.

​

Again, I don't want you to get the violins out.

But I do want to help you. 

​

See, a lot of people think you have to HAVE money to make money... It's not true.

​

You have to have TWO things... And here's the secret.

​

You have to have BELIEF that it is possible... and that you are good enough...

And you have to have the willingness to NEVER quit... To never give up. 

​

YOU can become RICH if you want it bad enough. Regardless of your current situation or background.
